I started calligraphy at the age of 8.
In 2019, I wrote the calligraphy for the title of the “400th Anniversary commemorative publication for Kokura Gion Daiko”. (It is registered in Japan as a nationally designated important intangible folk cultural property.
Kokura Gion became known to the world in the movie “Rickshaw Man”, which won the Golden Lion Award at the Venice International Film Festival in 1958)

This time I put up my collections on the NFT market.

小倉祇園太鼓｜福岡県北九州市国指定重要無形民俗文化財小倉祇園太鼓｜福岡県北九州市

小倉祇園太鼓（こくらぎおんだいこ）は福岡県北九州市の小倉で400年近く続いている「国指定重要無形民俗文化財」に指定された祇園祭である。全国的にも珍しい太鼓の両面かつ歩行打ちが特長で、太鼓、ヂャンガラ（摺り鉦）、山車をひく子どものお囃子で毎年7月に行われている。
